The Group's main assets include holding a 68.28% interest in Guanjun Industrial Trust (“Guanjun Industrial Trust”) (as of December 31, 2022) and a 69.70% interest in Langham Hotel Investments and Langham Hospitality Investments Limited (“LHI”) (as of December 31, 2022). Guanjun Industrial Trust owns a Class A commercial office property with an area of 1.64 million square feet - 3 Garden Road, in the core business district of Hong Kong, and owns the office and shopping mall property “Langham Place” located in the Mongkok shopping district of Kowloon, with a total area of 1.29 million square feet. In addition, Guanjun Industrial Trust also holds a 27% interest in the Grade A commercial complex located at 66 Shoelane in central London. LHI has three high-quality hotels in the heart of Kowloon, including the Hong Kong Langham Hotel, which is located in the bustling shopping district of Tsim Sha Tsui and has a total of 498 rooms; the Hong Kong Condess Hotel, which is located in the shopping district of Mongkok and is also connected to the “Langham Place” office building and shopping mall property, with 669 rooms; and the Hong Kong Yidong Hotel, which has 465 rooms, located on Nathan Road, a bustling main road. The Group's development projects include two high-quality residential projects in Hong Kong, two in San Francisco, USA, a development in Seattle, USA, and two hotel developments in Tokyo, Japan and Venice, Italy, respectively. The Group also engages in property management and warranty, and building materials trading. The Group's hotel portfolio spans all over the world. Currently, there are 29 hotels with more than 10,000 guest rooms. These include 25 luxury hotels in Hong Kong, Jakarta, London, New York, Chicago, Boston, Los Angeles, Sydney, Melbourne, Gold Coast, Auckland, Shanghai, Beijing, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Haining, Haikou, Ningbo, Xiamen, Hefei, Hangzhou and Changsha, named after the Langting, Langham and Candace brands, two Yidong hotels in Washington and Hong Kong, Hong Kong Easyway, and the Chelsea Hotel in Toronto. The Group was founded in 1963, originally headed by Yingjun Co., Ltd., and listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 1972. In 1990, the Group underwent internal restructuring, and Yingjun Group Co., Ltd., registered in Bermuda, replaced Yingjun Co., Ltd. as the Group's listed holding company. In fiscal year 2022, the profit of the Group's core business after tax was approximately HK$1,403 million. As of December 31, 2022, the net asset value (based on the net asset value of Champion Industrial Trust and LHI) was approximately HK$64,504 million.
