Having gotten used to US Treasuries rate at below 2% for the longest time, 2 yr treasury yield of 4.3% is indeed enticing.
However, we do have reservations about a potential sovereign debt crisis that would lead to even the safest asset in the world being unsafe.

Opportunity to win or lose?
Currently, the world is facing a phenomenon known as yield curve inversion.
The word "yield" is the interest rate of the bonds being issued. The “yield” in yield curve inversion refers to US Treasury Yield, which means the rate that US government is borrowing money. While "curve" refers to the curved line you see when you plot a graph of interest rate vs maturity. This curve will be upward sloping in a healthy economy; more time to return money = more risk.

$Treasury Yield 5 Years(.FVX.US$ U.S. Treasury yields were mixed on Thursday morning, as investors continued to digest the Federal Reserve’s latest policy update.
The yield on the benchmark 10-year Treasury note rose by less than basis point to 1.8495% at 3:45 a.m. ET. The yield on the 30-year Treasury bond fell by 2 basis points to 2.1413%. Yields move inversely to prices and 1 basis point is equal to 0.01%.
