• 10baggerbamm OP ASteffie : this is a tiny mortgage company I mean it is a fraction of the size of what mine was. so they need to hire a lot of people especially if there's a real estate cycle and they need to get licensed in more States.. but the biggest advantage this company has and probably the only one is they figured out how to tokenize The lending refinance process. so while everybody else talks about one day doing it this company is.. the question is what is that worth and I don't have an answer

• 10baggerbamm OP 106541135 : I didn't.. and it mainly has to do with the physical size of the company I mean it's tiny they're producing what like two of my offices would do from a revenue standpoint.. obviously there's some value proposition that they have because of tokenization I just don't know how to value it from a business standpoint. the other thing and I didn't look into this they're based in Providence Rhode Island is a tiny State I looked at where they hold their licenses and they don't hold a license in Massachusetts.  you're going to get about 10 times the amount of business in Massachusetts versus Rhode Island so I don't understand why they wouldn't be licensed there unless they were declined and if they didn't apply I don't know why they would not have done so at the same time as the other licenses. and it's as simple as looking at the division of banking to see if they ever made in an application and if they were declined to find out why it's public information. if you're in Rhode Island you should be licensed in Massachusetts by default people live in Rhode Island work in Massachusettes and vice versa.. we received so many referrals from neighboring states it's a question that I would have before taking a position how come they're not in Mass.
  so for me like loan Depot as an example and then my dad that I'm sitting on that's a buck a share they're at least blanketed throughout the country from a licensed standpoint they've been in business a lot longer they have overlapping businesses of real estate companies and title companies that they own so presuming a real estate cycle they're going to be able to crank up revenue far quicker and a lot more.. so that's my thoughts behind it obviously the stocks moving and it really started to move after The insider purchase even though it wasn't a big position that they bought in the marketplace it was enough confirmation to cause buyers to come in
