1. Nature of the Skill and non-investment advice
This Skill is intended solely as a technical aid and interface tool, and does not constitute any form of investment advice, financial advice, or offer, solicitation, or recommendation of any securities or financial products. 2. Third-party AI Agents and user responsibility
This Skill only provides instruction parsing and code assembly services for the Moomoo API interface.
Please be aware that the AI Agent you are using is not provided by our company. The AI Agent is a third-party developed product, or a tool developed and deployed by you, our company reserves the right to interpret and decide whether to allow access to AI Agent. You independently choose, access, and operate the specific AI Agent; our company does not designate, recommend, or endorse any AI Agent. You are solely responsible for any risks and consequences arising from any actions generated autonomously by the AI Agent you choose, including but not limited to strategy generation, code writing, order sending, etc., and our company assumes no liability.
3. Limitations and risks of AI
Artificial intelligence technology has inherent limitations. The AI Agent you choose may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or non-common-sense results, potentially generating incorrect trading instructions or parameters. You should rigorously and independently verify the strategies, code, and instructions output by the AI Agent before final execution. Our company makes no express or implied warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, legality, or availability of any AI Agent's output.
4. Transaction security and password protection
To ensure the safety of your account and funds, you should manually enter your password through OpenD. It is strictly forbidden to allow the AI Agent to automatically fill in your transaction password. Our company will not be liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from security vulnerabilities in the AI Agent you choose, insecure system environments, hacker attacks, or improper password protection leading to password leaks, account theft, or related erroneous operations.
5. Data latency and technical limitations
Due to limitations in internet transmission characteristics, API call frequency restrictions, and the response speed of third-party AI models, unavoidable delays may occur in market data and order placement. This Skill and related API interfaces are not suitable for, and are not recommended for, very high-frequency trading or strategies extremely sensitive to latency. Our company shall not be liable for any delays, failures to execute, or errors in order execution caused by network congestion, system failures, API frequency limits, or force majeure.
