1. How to buy structured products

1.1 Requirements to buy structured products

To buy structured products, you must:

1) Get verified as an accredited investor

2) Have a Universal Account with Moomoo Singapore

1.2 How can I buy structured products in the app

Select a product:

Choose your desired structured product from the product list on the Wealth page. If you don't find a suitable product, you can contact us or use the RFQ (Request for Quote) feature to customize a product.

Place an order:

Enter the nominal value you want, and tap Buy to submit the order.
● For products from the product list, you can place multiple orders before the purchase cutoff time.
● For products created using RFQ, only one order is allowed per request.

Confirm your order:

Wait for the issuer to confirm the transaction, usually within two trading days after submitting the order. Once confirmed, your holdings will be updated.

1.3 How can I calculate the order amount

Order Amount = Nominal Value * Issue Price

Note: Commission fees are included in the issue price.

1.4 Buying power

1.4.1 How can I check my buying power

Buy on Cash = cash buying power without using margin

If you have activated SmartSave, your Cash Plus holdings will go into your cash buying power.

1.4.2 Can I buy structured products on margin

Using margin to buy structured products is currently not supported.

1.5 Max/min issuance amount

As required by the product issuer, to ensure product issuance, the total order amount shall reach the minimum issuance amount and shall not exceed the maximum issuance amount. Otherwise, the product won't be issued, your order will expire, and your funds frozen for the order will be released.

1.6 When can I view my positions after placing the order

Transactions are usually confirmed within two trading days. You can check your positions once the transaction has been confirmed. Before that, you can check the latest status of the order and the details.

Note: The actual confirmation time may vary depending on the issuer.

2. How to cancel orders for structured products

 ● For products purchased from the product list, you can cancel your order at any time before the purchase cutoff time. The specific cutoff time can be found on the product details page.
 ● For RFQ products, once the order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.
