3. Event Rules

This event is available only to Moomoo SG clients.

Before opening a leveraged forex account, you need to open a Moomoo SG universal account.

For users who have not opened an account during the event period, you can claim up to the three rewards: welcome reward, forex monthly rebate and referral reward.

For users who have already opened and deposited funds into your universal account during the event period, you can claim up to two rewards: forex monthly rebate and referral reward.

4. Eligibility and Event Time

4.1 Rewards

[Monthly Rebate: up to US$200 cashback]

a. Eligible clients will receive the corresponding rewards each month of the event period.

b. The first period starts from 21 February. Data in February will be included in the March transaction data (First period: 21 Feb – 31 Mar).

c. The subsequent period will be calculated on a standard month basis, starting from the first trading day (market opening) of each month and ending on the last trading day (market close) of that month.

d. For each period, when your lot number reaches a specific level, you will receive the corresonding rewards. The rewards of different levels will not be added up. (e.g. If you trade 81 lots, you will be in level 2 and receive US$100. You will not receive the reward of level 1.)

e. If the number of lots traded in that month does not meet the reward criteria, the number of lots traded in that month will not be rolled over to the next month (except for February, where data from 21/2 - 28/2 will be included in the March transaction data).

f. The actual rebate or lot number of eligible accounts will be calculated based on the transaction records of your universal account. Registration is not required.

g. The rebate will be calculated at the end of each month and credited into client's universal account within ten working days. The cash rebate will be issued in the form of cash coupons to your account.

[Referral Reward]

Refer friends to open an account and make a deposit to get rewarded. For details, please refer to the following event rules.

4.2 Other Terms and Conditions

a. The rules of account opening and deposit rewards fully comply with the rules of the account opening and deposit events. All rights of the event reserved for Moomoo SG.

b. The rules of invitation rewards fully comply with the rules of referral event. All rights of the event reserved for Moomoo SG.

c. By taking part in this event, you agree to be bound by all the event rules.

5. Other Statements

The terms and conditions, rewards and offers in this campaign/promotion are presented by Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. ("Moomoo SG"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Futu holdings Limited. In Singapore, investment products and services available on moomoo are offered by Moomoo SG regulated by the Moneary Authority of Singapore (MAS). In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any advertising, promotional, publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with this campaign/promotion, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

Moomoo SG shall not be responsible for any injury, loss or damage suffered as a result of, or in connection with the campaign/promotion and/or redemption or use of the prize howsoever arising, including but not limited to, fulfilment of the prize(s), any breakdown or malfunction in any computer system or equipment, any notice which is misdirected and/or lost in the post, loss of income, profits or goodwill, direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or special damages of any party including third parties howsoever arising whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension by Moomoo SG of this Contest shall not entitle any party to any claim or compensation against Moomoo SG for any and all losses or damage suffered or incurred as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.

Any trademarks, graphic symbols, logos or intellectual property contained in any materials used in connection with this campaign/promotion, in particular those relating to the campaign/promotion prizes, are the property of their respective owners.
