1. The referee (friend) opened a Moomoo SG universal account and had not made any deposit before the campaign period. Will this referral be eligible for this campaign?
A referee (friend) needs to successfully open a Moomoo SG universal account using a referrer's link. Moomoo SG will recognise a successful referral by the referrer only when the referee (friend) registers via the link shared by the referrer.
The referral will be eligible for this campaign only if the referee successfully opened a Moomoo SG universal account before 1 September 2023, 12:00am SGT and did not make any deposit into their Moomoo SG universal account.
2. If the referee (friend) has made a deposit before the start of the campaign period, and then makes another deposit during the campaign period which met the requirements, will the referral be considered valid?
No, it will be considered invalid. The invitee needs to complete the initial deposit during the campaign period for it to be considered valid.

9. Each device, mobile or desktop, is only entitled to one set of account-opening rewards, deposit rewards, and referral rewards. A user can only be referred once. Using the same moomoo ID, phone number, or device will all be regarded as a single user.
10. This event is not eligible to users on the "Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. Event Participation Ban List". If a user repeatedly violates Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd.'s safety rules, the user will be put on the "Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. Event Participation Ban List".
11. In order to ensure the fairness of the event, the event has limits on daily event rewards, total event rewards, and the total rewards that can be claimed by a single user; if the system detects abnormal participation behaviors (including but not limited to the use mobile device simulators or artificial modification of mobile phone device numbers), the offenders' event eligibility will be terminated.

Ltd. reserves the right to cancel prize(s) in the Referral Challenge, including but not limited to any breakdown or malfunction in any computer system or equipment make prizes issued in error or overshoot. 13. Should a user not fulfil all the stated conditions of this promotion event, Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel any delivered rewards, including commission-free trading for US/HK/SG stocks, gift stocks, Level 2 US market data, and Level 1 SG market data. Commissions and fees will then be charged by Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. as per normal standards.
