Introduction:

Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. is licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) under the following frameworks:

1.    Capital Markets Services Licence (Licence No. CMS101000) with Exempt Financial Adviser Status

2.    Major Payment Institution Licence (Licence No. PS20200617)

Services Permitted:

Under the Capital Markets Services Licence, Moomoo SG is authorized by MAS to provide the following services:

i.    Dealing in Capital Markets Products, including:

1.  Securities
2.  Collective Investment Schemes
3.  Exchange-Traded Derivatives Contracts
4.  Over-The-Counter Derivatives Contracts
5.  Spot Foreign Exchange Contracts for Leveraged Foreign Exchange Trading

Examples of investment products: buying/selling stocks, ETFs, options, futures, structured products, FX, and bonds.

Under the Major Payment Institution Licence, Moomoo SG is authorized by MAS to provide:

I.    Digital Payment Token Service

Example: Buying/selling of digital payment tokens (commonly referred to as "cryptocurrencies").

Important Regulatory Note:

The regulatory protections applicable to clients for activities conducted under the Securities and Futures Act (SFA) via the Capital Markets Services Licence do not apply to activities conducted under the Payment Services Act (PS Act) via the Major Payment Institution Licence, and vice versa.
