Through the pre-audit of customer data and customer identification, the auditors of the head office will complete the business preliminary examination and information maintenance before the enterprise goes to the bank outlets, and inform the enterprise of the audit results. After customers arrive at the network, they only need to complete the procedures such as data checking and stamping, so as to complete the account opening, reduce the operation steps when opening accounts, shorten the customer waiting time at the counter, and greatly improve the customer experience. it fully embodies the service concept of "temperature bank" of Bohai Bank, and has been widely praised by enterprise customers.

The use of electronic business license when opening an account can not only increase the convenience of opening an account, but also further improve the processing efficiency and management level of the account business. For this reason, Bohai Bank set up a special project team to carry out system development, launched the electronic business license authentication function of unit bank settlement account in November 2020, and comprehensively promoted the application of electronic business license within the scope of 34 first-tier branches of the bank.

Now, when enterprises go to Bohai Bank to show the authorization code of electronic business license through mobile phone, they can handle account opening business, and they no longer need to provide the original paper business license or a copy with the company's official seal, which not only improves the limitation of account opening service, but also reduces the retention of paper materials.

Since last year, Bohai Bank has fully implemented the simple account opening service process in 265 branches and above. Business outlets can actively introduce the simple account opening process to small and micro enterprises after understanding the operation of small and micro enterprises, the purpose of opening accounts and the demand for capital payment. By streamlining the customer identity verification procedure, the function of opening an account matches the degree of customer identity verification and account risk, and meets the needs of small and micro enterprises, that is, ready-to-use bank accounts, which can not only ensure the account fund settlement needs of small and micro enterprises at the initial stage of establishment, but also effectively prevent account risks. It is understood that by the end of 2021, the stock enterprise accounts of Bohai Bank increased by 24% over the previous year, and more than half of the enterprises that opened accounts enjoyed the convenience of process optimization and service upgrading.
