10:47 PM EST, 02/10/2022 (MT Newswires) -- Kencana Agri (SGX:BNE) closed the sale of a 78.5% stake in Indonesian retailer PT Cahaya Permata Gemilang to PT Biomassa Energi Jaya for a total consideration of about $2.4 million.
Following the completion, Kencana Agri has ceased to have any shareholding interest in Cahaya Permata Gemilang and its subsidiaries, according to a late Thursday filing.
