Chuan Hup Gains Regulatory Approval to Build Residential Tower in Queensland, Australia

12:58 AM EST, 02/08/2022 (MT Newswires) -- Chuan Hup Holdings (SGX:C33) received the necessary approval from the City of Gold Coast for its proposed Tapestry apartment development on the exclusive Chevron Island in Queensland, Australia.

Located at 39, 41 and 43 Darrambal Street Surfers Paradise, the development will comprise a residential tower encompassing 83 residential apartments across 14 levels, according to a Monday disclosure.

Construction is projected to start at the end of this year.
