[Caihua Social News] Japan Travel (06882.HK) announced that the transfer of a total of 72.488 million common shares held by the company's controlling shareholder Yaoteng Management Group Co., Ltd. (accounting for about 14.43% of the total issued shares) was completed on January 19, 2022, and the relevant Yaoteng Management declared a dividend to all its existing shareholders in the form of physical distribution of its shares.
Immediately before the physical distribution, about 374 million shares, or about 74.46 per cent of the total number of shares issued, were held by Yaoteng Management. As a result of the in-kind distribution and on 19 January, approximately 302 million shares (accounting for approximately 60.03% of the total issued shares) were held by Yiu Teng Management, a total of 72.488 million shares (accounting for approximately 14.43% of the total issued shares) were distributed to and held in the name of the registered shareholders of Yiu Teng Management.
