[Caihua News] Wing Tai Properties (00369.HK) announced that under its share option scheme adopted on 27 October 2015, options had been granted on January 18, 2022 to subscribe for new ordinary shares of HK $0.50 each with a total nominal value of 4.17 million per share. The share option must be accepted by the grantee before it can be confirmed.
The exercise price for each share option granted is HK $4.342 and is valid for a period of 10 years from January 18, 2022 to January 17, 2032.
Of the 4.17 million shares granted, 3.084 million warrants were granted to four directors of the Company.
