There is no limit on the number of recruits, says Mr Yanai: "it will be aimed at people at the talent level who are better than me. If there are good people, be prepared to recruit 100 to 200 people.

As of the end of August 2021, Fast Retailing has about 56000 employees, of which about 1600 are headquarter employees, most of whom are social recruitment.
