Sony Holdings Group (02103.HK) announced that the contract sales of the Group together with its joint ventures and associated companies last year were about 81.49 billion yuan (the same below), a year-on-year decline of 28.3%, of which about 558 million yuan was recorded in December, a year-on-year drop of 96.2%.
The contract sales area of the company last year was about 5.361 million square meters, with an average sales price of 15200 yuan per square meter.
