Junyi Global Finance (08350.HK) announced that it plans to buy eight personal mortgage loans for 6.032 million yuan, with a total principal amount of 5.616 million yuan including outstanding interest. As of December 31 last year, interest receivable and installment payments were 416200 yuan.
Junyi Global Financial said it obtained a money lender licence in September last year to enter the money lending business. The company said that by acquiring existing mortgages from other money lenders, the group could generate cash flow from these loans, which was beneficial to the company.
