Fuying Global (01620.HK) announced that its subsidiary CIG Study Tour Limited and Dongguan Diko Research Tourism Culture have entered into a non-legally binding MOU to discuss the potential tourism business cooperation of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area in order to expand their business and establish a reputation and brand in the Greater Bay area, thereby expanding the Group's customer base and expanding their revenue sources.
According to the MOU, the parties must enter into a formal agreement on or before June 30, 2022, otherwise the MOU will expire and terminate, and the terms and conditions of the formal agreement have not yet been implemented or agreed upon.
