08223.HK announced that on December 29th this year, a wholly-owned subsidiary entered into a sale and leaseback agreement with the lessor Bank of China Financial Lease, under which the lessee agreed to transfer the legal ownership of the leased assets of certain oral medical equipment located in China to the lessor at a transfer of RMB 90.0991 million (the same below), and the lessor agreed to lease the leased assets back to the lessee during the lease term.
On the premise that the lease term expires and the lessee pays all lease payments and other payables in full and performs other obligations under the sale and leaseback agreement, the lessor shall transfer the legal ownership of the leased assets to the lessee with a nominal amount of 100 yuan.
