[Caihua Social News] Capital Venture Capital (02324.HK) announced that for the year ended September 30, 2021, the group realized turnover income of about HK $76.7052 million, compared with a loss of about HK $52.3995 million in the same period last year; its annual profit was about HK $62.7242 million, compared with a loss of about HK $105 million in the same period last year; basic profit per share was HK $0.18; no dividend was paid.
In the financial year 2020 / 21, the Group's listed investment performance changed from a loss of HK $61 million in 2020 to a gain of HK $53.4 million for the current year. This year's listed investment income of about HK $53.4 million refers to net realised income of about HK $9.5 million, net unrealised income of about HK $43.7 million and net dividend income of about HK $200000.
As at 30 September 2021, the Group held assets of approximately HK $554.3 million (2020: HK $489.8 million), including cash and cash equivalents of HK $11.9 million (2020: HK $16.8 million). The Group's liquidity ratio increased from 13.8 on 30 September 2020 to 14.1 on 30 September 2021, maintaining a healthy level. The asset-liability ratio is 4.5% (2020: 8.13%).
