Zhitong Financial APP, Vision Group (01059) and Chengchuang Investment jointly announced that the offeror Cheng Chuang Investment Co., Ltd. and the company jointly announced that the offer was closed at 04:00 on December 28, 2021, but the offeror had not revised or extended the offer.
On the closing date of 04:00 (being the last time and date of acceptance of the offer), valid acceptances of a total of approximately 8.4905 million offer shares have been received, representing approximately 3.91% of all issued share capital of the company in this joint announcement.
Immediately after the closing of the offer and on the date of this joint announcement (subject to the completion of the transfer of the offer shares acquired under the offer to the offeror (in the case of valid acceptance), 80.4101 million shares are held by the public, equivalent to approximately 37.05% of the total issued share capital of the company as at the date of this joint announcement. Accordingly, as at the date of this joint announcement, the company continues to comply with the minimum public shareholding requirement under Rule 8.08 (1) (a) of the listing rules.
