At 04:00 as the closing date (i.e. the last time and date of acceptance of the offer), valid acceptance of a total of 8490486 offer shares has been received, representing approximately 3.91% of all issued share capital of the company as at the joint announcement.
Immediately after the closing of the offer and on the date of the joint announcement (subject to the completion of the transfer to the offeror of the offer shares acquired under the offer (in the case of valid acceptance), members of the public (as defined in the listing rules) hold 80410062 shares, equivalent to approximately 37.05% of the total issued share capital of the company at the date of the joint announcement. Accordingly, at the date of the joint announcement, the company continued to comply with the minimum public shareholding requirement under Rule 8.08 (1) (a) of the listing rules.
