Hengwei Group (08219.HK) announced that it proposes to issue one rights issue share for every two shares held on the record date at a subscription price of 0.22 yuan per rights issue share, a discount of about 22.81% to the closing price of 0.285 yuan last Friday (24), and to raise 11.1 million yuan by issuing 50 million rights shares to eligible shareholders.
The highest estimated net income from the rights issue of the company is about 10 million yuan, and the rights issue shares account for about 33.33% of the enlarged share capital.
