Zhitong Financial APP News, Xinyuan Service (01895) announced the content of the exclusive sales cooperation agreement on parking spaces and its proposed transaction. On 23 December 2021, the company (for itself and on behalf of its subsidiaries and contacts) entered into a supplementary agreement to the exclusive sales Cooperation Agreement for parking spaces with Xinyuan property Holdings.
The company and Xinyuan property Holdings have agreed that the term of cooperation will end on December 31, 2023 instead of December 31, 2021, subject to the completion of the prerequisites for the supplementary agreement.
Under the exclusive sales cooperation agreement for parking spaces, Xinyuan Real Estate Co Ltd Group agreed to designate the Group as the exclusive sales partner for a total of 4066 designated parking spaces by December 31, 2021. As at the date of the announcement, the Group has sold 541 of the 4066 designated parking spaces; and the total price of the designated parking spaces sold to the relevant buyers is about 39.4 million yuan (total sales), of which about 24 million yuan is the total upset price of the designated parking spaces and about 15.4 million yuan is the total value-added service fee obtained by the Group. Therefore, based on the fact that designated parking spaces have been sold, the cooperative sales value-added service fee obtained by the group is about 39.2% of the total sales (gross profit margin).
