格隆汇12月21日丨美瑞新材(300848.SZ)公布，公司于2021年12月4日召开了第三届董事会第三次会议，审议通过了《关于子公司购买土地使用权的议案》，同意公司的子公司美瑞科技(河南)有限公司(简称“美瑞科技”)使用不超过1.8亿元的自有资金通过“招、拍、挂”的方式购买位于河南省鹤壁市、面积约62.4万平方米的国有土地使用权。近日，美瑞科技以1.642亿元成功竞得该宗地的土地使用权，并与鹤壁市自然资源和规划局签订了《成交确认书》。
土地编号：HT2021—44；土地位置：河南省鹤壁市宝山区煤化大道西侧、宝园路北侧；土地性质：工业用地；总面积：624028.745平方米，净地：583432.042平方米，道路：40596.703平方米；使用年限：50年。
该次竞得的土地使用权，将主要用于美瑞科技聚氨酯新材料产业园项目的建设，符合公司战略布局和长远发展目标，有利于推动公司的持续发展。
