美瑞新材公告，公司的子公司美瑞科技(河南)有限公司(简称“美瑞科技”)使用不超过1.8亿元的自有资金通过“招、拍、挂”的方式购买位于河南省鹤壁市、面积约62.4万平方米的国有土地使用权。近日，美瑞科技以1.642亿元成功竞得该宗地的土地使用权，并与鹤壁市自然资源和规划局签订了《成交确认书》。
公司董事长为王仁鸿。王仁鸿先生:1977年4月出生,中国国籍,硕士学历,1999年7月至2006年4月于万华化学集团股份有限公司工作,历任车间技术员、车间主任、事业部总经理;2006年4月至2009年4月,任烟台万华新材料科技有限公司总经理;2009年5月至2014年1月,任烟台美瑞化学材料有限公司总经理;2013年5月至今任美瑞新材董事长、总经理。
