Guangtai International Holdings (00844.HK) announced that it was informed by its controlling shareholder Yongtai Group on Saturday that it, together with its major shareholder Yongtai Technology, had received a ruling from the Nanjing Intermediate Court on September 23 to carry out a substantive merger and restructuring of five companies, including Yongtai Technology and its subsidiaries, Xiangyuan Investment, New Haiji and Yongtai Group.
On the 30th of last month, the substantive merger and reorganization creditors meeting of five companies, including Yongtai Group, was held, and the voting groups of this meeting all voted to adopt the draft reorganization plan. Last Thursday (16th), the Nanjing Intermediate Court approved the substantive merger and reorganization plans of five companies, including Yongtai Group.
