08133.HK announced that the English name of the company has been changed from "Jete Power Holdings Limited" to "Solomon Worldwide Holdings Limited", while the Chinese dual foreign language name has been adopted and registered as "Solomon Global Holdings Limited" to replace its former Chinese name "Zoneng Holdings Limited" with effect from 18 November this year.
With effect from 22 December this year, the shares will only be traded at the original counter in the form of new shares bearing the new name of the company and existing shares bearing the old name of the company in the form of the new shares referred to as "SOLOMON WW HLDG" and "Solomon Global Holdings".
