The fund manager of the Sheung Wan Capital opportunity Fund is ShangBay Capital Management Company,LLC ("Shangwan Capital Management Company").
The main objective of the Shangwan Capital opportunity Fund is to engage in equity investment in the late stage of growth in the areas of medical technology, biotechnology, health care and digital health.
