Gelonghui December 15 丨Chuangtian Heritage (08195.HK) announcement,The content relates (among others) to file a liquidation petition against the company. The Board hereby informs the shareholders and potential investors of the Company that (i) after Wong, Wong Kwan Mo and Laulan Ying made a commitment, the defendant's attorneys and petitioner's attorneys have signed a letter of consent from the court to withdraw the liquidation petition; and (ii) the first defendant's attorney and petitioner's attorney have applied to the court for an order to set aside the first defendant's appeal against the order issued by Judge Charlis on October 18, 2021.
The said consent was submitted to the court on December 7, 2021. In response to this consent, Judge Charlis issued an order on December 7, 2021 (the “Dismissal Order”) and the revocation of the petition is scheduled to be announced at 9:30 a.m. on December 13, 2021 in front of Judge Chan Ching-fan.
The Board is pleased to announce that Judge Chan Ching-fan ordered the withdrawal of the petition during a hearing on December 13, 2021.
