China Light and Power Optical Valley (00798.HK) announced that the board of directors decided on December 14, 2021 to extend the share incentive scheme for a period of five years until December 21, 2026. Save as disclosed above, all other major terms and provisions contained in the Scheme rules and Trust Deed shall remain unchanged and shall remain in full force and effect after renewal.
As at the date of this announcement, for the purposes of the scheme, 153 million shares are held by the trustee as trust shares in trust form in accordance with the trust deed.
