The application was submitted to the Stock Exchange on 11 June 2021. As six months have passed since the date of submission of the application, the application has automatically lapsed.
The company has re-submitted a formal extension application to the Stock Exchange on 14 December 2021 for the proposed transfer listing in accordance with Chapter 9A and Appendix 28 of the main Board listing rules. The board of directors would like to emphasize that the final timetable for the proposed transfer listing has not yet been determined. There is no guarantee that the company will continue to make the proposed turnaround listing.
