Zhitong Financial APP News, the Stock Exchange announced that with effect from 9: 00 a.m. on December 15, 2021, the listing status of Junwen Gem (08351) will be cancelled in accordance with Rule 9.14A of the GEM rules.
Trading in the company's shares has been suspended since August 17, 2020. Under Rule 9.14A of the GEM rules, the SEHK may delist the company if it fails to resume trading on or before 16 August 2021.
The company failed to resume trading on or before 16 August 2021 in compliance with the resumption guidelines laid down by the Stock Exchange. On 27 August 2021, the GEM listing Committee decided to cancel the listing status of the company's shares on the Stock Exchange in accordance with Rule 9.14A of the GEM rules.
On September 1st, 2021, the company sought to have the decision of the GEM listing Committee reviewed by the GEM listing Review Committee. On December 2, 2021, the GEM listing Review Committee decided to uphold the decision of the GEM listing Committee to cancel the listing of the company. Accordingly, the Stock Exchange will cancel the listing status of the company with effect from 9: 00 a.m. on December 15, 2021.
