The Stock Exchange announced that with effect from Wednesday (15th), the listing status of 08351.HK will be cancelled in accordance with the GEM rules. Trading in the company's shares has been suspended since August 17 last year. According to the GEM rules, if a company fails to resume trading on or before 16 August this year, the SEHK may delist the company.
The company failed to comply with the resumption guidelines laid down by the Stock Exchange on or before that day and resumed trading. On 27 August this year, the GEM listing Committee decided to cancel the listing status of the company's shares on the Stock Exchange in accordance with Rule 9.14A of the GEM rules. On 1 September this year, the company sought a review of the decision of the GEM listing Committee by the GEM listing Review Committee. On December 2 this year, the GEM listing Review Committee decided to uphold the decision of the GEM listing Committee to cancel the listing of the company.
