08351.HK announced that with regard to the delisting of the company, the hearing of the GEM listing Review Committee was held on November 23 this year to review the delisting decision.
On 3 December this year, the Stock Exchange informed the Company that the GEM listing Review Committee had decided to uphold the decision of the GEM listing Committee to de-list the shares in accordance with the GEM listing rules.
The last listing date of the shares is tomorrow (14th), and the listing status of the shares will be cancelled from this Wednesday (15th).
