深交所向刘军胜发出监管函，减持奥联电子(300585.SZ)未按照规定履行信息披露义务

Shenzhen Stock Exchange issued a supervision letter to Liu Junsheng, reducing its stake in Olympic Federation Electronics (300585.SZ) and failing to fulfill its information disclosure obligations in accordance with the regulations.

Zhitong Financial APP learned that the Shenzhen Stock Exchange issued a regulatory letter to Liu Junsheng on December 13. According to the regulatory letter, due to active reduction and passive dilution between July 7, 2020 and November 30, 2021, Liu Junsheng's total holding of Olympic Federation Electronics (300585.SZ) decreased from 24.06% to 19.37%, a total decrease of 4.69%. On December 1st, another 910000 shares of Olympian Electronics were reduced through block trading, and the proportion held by those who acted in concert dropped to 18.84%, with a cumulative change of 5.22%. When Liu Junsheng and the concerted actors totaled a cumulative change of 5% in the proportion of shares held by Olympian Electronics, he failed to stop trading in Olympian Electronic shares in accordance with the regulations and promptly fulfilled the obligation of information disclosure. It was not until December 7 that the report on changes in Rights and interests was disclosed, violating the relevant regulations.
