08009.HK announced that it received a letter dated 10 December 2021 from the Stock Exchange informing the Company that the Stock Exchange considered that the Company had failed to maintain a sufficient level of operation and assets in accordance with Rule 17.26 of the GEM listing rules to ensure that its shares could continue to be listed and that trading in the Company's shares would be suspended in accordance with Rule 9.04 (3) of the GEM listing rules.
According to the letter, the company must re-comply with Rule 17.26 of the GEM listing rules, comply with any resumption guidelines that may be set by the Stock Exchange, and fully comply with the GEM listing rules until the Stock Exchange is satisfied. Under Rule 9.14A (1) of the GEM listing rules, the SEHK may delist shares if trading is suspended for a continuous period of 12 months.
