GLG Holdings (00449.HK) notice on 10 December, on 29 November 2021, the company received a letter from the Stock Exchange stating that, having considered the company's case and application for extension, and in view of the company's failure to meet the conditions in the resumption guidelines and failed to prove that it met the special circumstances of possible extension as described in paragraph 19 of the Guide (GL95-18), the listing Section proposed to recommend to the listing Committee on 2 December 2021 to cancel the listing status of the company.
On 3 December 2021, the company received a letter from the Stock Exchange informing the Company listing Committee of its decision to cancel the listing status of the company in accordance with Rule 6.01A of the listing rules. The letter states that unless the company applies for a review of the decision under Chapter 2B of the listing rules, the final listing date of the company's shares will be 17 December 2021 and its shares will be delisted with effect from 09:00 on 20 December 2021.
The company submitted a written request to the Stock Exchange for a review of the decision under Rule 2B.06 (2) of the listing rules on 10 December 2021.
