301075.SZ announced that the company held the eighth meeting of the first board of directors and the seventh meeting of the first board of supervisors on December 10, 2021, and passed the "motion on the use of the company's idle self-owned funds for cash management", agreeing to ensure the liquidity and safety of the company and its subsidiaries. The company and its subsidiaries intend to use idle self-owned funds of no more than RMB 100 million yuan (including capital) for cash management, within which the funds can be used on a rolling basis, and the management period shall be valid within 12 months from the date of examination and approval by the board of directors. At the same time, in order to improve work efficiency, the board of directors authorized the management of the company to implement the above matters.
