Weilong Co., Ltd. announced that the company intends to transfer 49% of its wholly-owned subsidiary Qingdao Jiji Mechanical and Electrical Co., Ltd. ("Polymeric") to the transferee Lu Renhong at a transfer price of 24.5 million yuan. After the completion of the equity transfer, the company will hold 51% of the equity, and the equity transfer does not involve changes in the scope of the consolidated statement, that is, poly mechanical is still a controlling subsidiary of the company.
