After the completion of this equity transfer, the company will hold 51% of the equity, and this equity transfer does not involve changes in the scope of the consolidated statement, that is, poly mechanical is still the company's controlling subsidiary.
The company said that the equity transfer is to integrate and optimize the company's resources, in line with the company's long-term development plan. This equity transfer does not involve personnel placement, nor does it involve other arrangements such as personnel changes in the management of listed companies.
