China supply chain Industry (03708.HK) announced that on December 9th, 2021, the company entered into a non-legally binding strategic cooperation framework agreement with Anhui Dayun Hengtong Electronic Commerce Co., Ltd. ("Dayun Hengtong Group") on potential cooperation in the field of Greater Health Agricultural Food and related products.
According to the strategic cooperation framework agreement, the Group and Universiade Hengtong Group aim to jointly build, optimize and upgrade the industrial chain management platform of large healthy agricultural food, which can provide one-stop supply chain management services to enterprises through OTO online and offline systems, help enterprises to reach upstream suppliers and downstream customers, and improve the sales and distribution of related products. The term of the strategic cooperation framework agreement is three years from the date of the strategic cooperation framework agreement and may be terminated by one party giving three months' prior written notice to the other party.
