Zhitong Financial APP News, Manpower Shenghua (02180) announced that the Investment Committee, composed of a number of directors and senior management of the company, has been approved by the board of directors to be established on December 9, 2021 to, among other things, consider the company's potential investment projects and handle investment affairs.
John Thomas MCGINNIS, a non-executive director, has been appointed as the chairman of the committee, while Zhang Yinghao, a non-executive director, and Cui Zhihui, an executive director and chief executive officer, have been appointed as members of the committee with effect from 9 December 2021.
