Stocks to watch: SIA Engineering, Digital Core Reit, Hong Lai Huat
THE following companies saw new developments that may affect trading of their securities on Monday (Dec 6):
SIA Engineering Company (SIAEC) S59: The engineering arm of Singapore Airlines has signed a 10-year agreement with Safran Aircraft Engines to provide engine test services for the CFM LEAP-1A and -1B engines. SIAEC shares closed at S$0.05 or 2.3 per cent higher at S$2.23 on Friday (Dec 3).
Digital Core Reit: The pure-play data centre S-Reit sponsored by Digital Realty will start trading at 2pm on Monday. The Reit (real estate investment trust) has an initial portfolio of 10 institutional quality freehold data centres located in the United States and Canada. On Friday, the manager said its offer of 13.4 million units to Singapore retail investors under its initial public offering was around 16.1 times subscribed.
Hong Lai Huat Group (HLH) CTO: The mainboard-listed property developer is expected to commence trading on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange the following week after receiving regulatory approval for a dual listing. In a bourse filing on Friday, the group said the dual listing will provide a platform for it to reach a broader audience and greater access to international investors. HLC shares closed at S$0.003 or 3.1 per cent to S$0.099 on Friday.
Trading halt: QT Vascular 5I0 : 5I0 0% has called for a trading halt on Monday morning, pending an announcement. Shares of Catalist-listed QT Vascular closed flat at S$0.007 on Friday.
