Accordingly, the seller agrees to sell and the Purchaser agrees to purchase 19.23% of the equity interest in Guangzhou half-City Cloud, which is equivalent to the entire equity interest held by the Group at the date of this announcement, at a consideration of HK $6 million.
Upon completion of the reorganization, the sale is expected to be completed on March 31, 2022. After the completion of the sale, the Group will no longer hold any interest in Guangzhou half City Cloud. Guangzhou Bancheng Cloud is mainly engaged in developing applications for customers and providing community customer relationship management and other information technology consulting services to customers.
