After the completion of the acquisition, the company will be the largest shareholder and actual controller of Weilin Technology, and Weilin Technology will become a holding subsidiary of the company.
The announcement said that after the completion of the acquisition, Weilin's superior products will supplement and improve the company's product structure and further enhance the company's competitiveness as a comprehensive refractory contracting and integrated service provider.
