Jiaxin Silk (002404.SZ) announced that in order to further improve the operational efficiency of assets and achieve investment returns, the company's board of directors agreed to authorize the management to choose the opportunity to sell the shares held by Zhejiang Lante Optics Co., Ltd. ("Landoptics"). The number of shares to be sold shall not exceed 5.68 million shares. During the authorization period, if Rand Optics gives shares, the capital reserve increases, and so on. The quantity to be sold will change accordingly. The scope of authorization includes, but is not limited to, transaction mode, transaction timing, transaction price, transaction quantity, etc., and the authorization period is 24 months from the date of consideration and approval by the board of directors.
