[Caihua News] Qiansheng Group Holdings (08475.HK) announced that for the year ending August 31, 2021, the Group's revenue was approximately RM257 million, an increase of 15.14% over the previous year; profit during the year was approximately RM7.315 million, an increase of 141.98% over the previous year; a profit of RM0.91 per share; no dividends.
The increase in revenue this fiscal year was mainly due to increased demand from major customers, which led to an increase in packaging and manual sales, but was partially offset by a decrease in insert sales. Revenue contributed by the five major clients increased from approximately RM181 million for the year ending August 31, 2020 to RM197 million for the current fiscal year, accounting for 81.0% and 76.7% of the Group's total revenue for the same year.
Gross profit increased by approximately 22.0% from RM38.9 million for the year ending August 31, 2020 to RM47.5 million for the current fiscal year. Overall gross margin increased 1.1% from about 17.4% for the year ending August 31, 2020 to about 18.5% for the current fiscal year.
