China Creative Digital (08078.HK) announced that all the conditions under the General placing Agreement have been fulfilled and that the General placing has been completed on 26 November 2021 in accordance with the terms and conditions of the General placing Agreement. A total of 65 million General mandate placing shares (equivalent to approximately 16.64% of the issued share capital of the Company immediately following the completion of the General mandate placing) have been placed to not less than six Placees at the placing price of HK $0.050 per General mandate placing share.
The total proceeds from the placing will be approximately HK $3.25 million, while the net proceeds (after deducting the placing commission and other fees, costs, charges and expenses on the placing) will be approximately HK $3.04 million. The company intends to use all the net proceeds from the placing for the Group's business operation and general working capital.
