Zhitong Financial APP learned that on November 26th, the Shenzhen Stock Exchange sent a letter of concern to Art Automotive Technology Co., Ltd. (art, 300825.SZ). The letter of concern points out that on November 25, 2021, Art intends to adjust some of the terms of the agreement on investment and establishment of industrial funds reviewed in March 2021. Directors Suh Dong-Kwon and Wang Shengjie abstained from voting on the motion on revising the partnership agreement related to the industrial fund. The Shenzhen Stock Exchange asked for additional information on the specific terms of the agreement and the specific reasons for the reservations held by the directors Suh Dong-Kwon and Wang Shengjie.
