Guanzhong bus Group (00306.HK), which issued a profit warning, expects to record a net loss of about $100m for the six months ended September, compared with a loss of $76 million for the same period last year. The increase in losses was mainly due to the absence of subsidies for the passenger transport industry and employment protection schemes provided through the epidemic Prevention and Anti-epidemic Fund during the period, resulting in a decrease of 116 million yuan in other income.
